The project studies the space that a person has chosen to inhabit for most of their daily life, most often their home.
It is his personal fortress, a place-shelter where he can calm go home with a heavy soul, even on the most difficult day.
A place that will always be there, waiting for him.
Aiming to match the individual's surroundings with his inner one.
Do people resemble their homes; do homes resemble their people?
In the project I explore the living spaces of 10 people of different
ages and with different professions and occupations.
P.P. When I started the project in 2023, I only photographed the spaces that people inhabit. Eventually, in places, I started to bring the people themselves, the inhabitants, into the compositions.
